Insurance information will only be obtained to provide billing information and prior authorizations for outside labs or imaging that you wish to have insurance pay for.  Some prescriptions may require prior authorization from your insurance company before the medication can be dispensed. 

In-house labs will be added to the services as soon as possible, and the price for these will be listed on the site and available in the clinic.  In-house labs will not be billed to insurance, but if you prefer, specimens can be drawn and sent to the reference lab for insurance billing.
