In Person:

        Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:00.  I will usually be out of the office on Wednesday afternoons, but arrangements can be made to see patients in the clinic at other hours for urgent matters.

By Phone:

    Please call us at 479-888-4787.  The clinic phone number rolls over to my personal cell phone after hours.  Please do not hesitate to call for any urgent problem or any time-sensitive matter.  If you get my voicemail, it usually means I am with a patient.  Please leave your name and phone number, and I will call you back as soon as possible.
